Fennick Dental Studio
Shade-guide hero you drag to whiten; Smile Plan treatment and finance planner
Websites for UK businesses · fixed price
Fixed price, live in weeks, not months. Twelve working UK demos below show what you get before you pay anything.

Fennick Dental Studio, Bristol: a demo build. The business is fictional.
From a dental finance planner to a stamp duty calculator. Each has its own design and carries the full Kirosconsult build. The businesses shown are fictional. Hover or focus a card to scroll the whole page inside it.
Shade-guide hero you drag to whiten; Smile Plan treatment and finance planner
A street of painted front doors that open; borrowing, repayment and deposit calculators
Thermal-camera house that cools as you scroll; Boiler Upgrade Scheme checker and solar roof sizer
Instant fixed-fee quote with full Stamp Duty working, built to the SRA price-transparency rules
Architectural section drawing that builds itself; extension cost estimator with ranges and programme

What UK customers and regulators look for
Gas Safe, NICEIC, TrustMark and MCS shown where customers look for them, with the registration number. A reviews section that keeps every review, the honest way.
SRA price pages for solicitors, FCA wording for brokers, the CQC rating for clinics and ASA-safe copy for treatments. Part of the Practice band, not an extra. Not legal advice.
WCAG 2.2 AA, tested by keyboard and in both light and dark mode, with a published accessibility statement. The Equality Act 2010 expects services to be usable by everyone.
A cookie banner that defaults to the private option, a privacy notice written for UK GDPR, and forms that ask for the minimum. Your own adviser signs it off.
Google Business Profile tidied up, structured data for your services and opening hours, and a page for each town you cover. Local search is the work most UK trades never get done.
A booking calendar, a fee table, a cost estimator or a finance planner. The thing that turns a visitor into an enquiry, built once and reused, so it costs a fraction of a bespoke quote.
Two disciplines
We build the site and run the marketing that fills it. Marketing retainers also run standalone, with no website project required.
Fast, secure websites and apps built to be found and to turn visitors into customers.
Social-first marketing that turns attention into enquiries, run by the team that built your site.
Your site as an app
Patients get appointment reminders. Padel players get a court-free alert. Customers install your website like an app, sign in with Face ID and receive your notifications. When you also want to be in the App Store and Google Play, we publish it there under your own name.

Pricing
A barber and a dental practice do not need the same website and should not pay the same for one. Three bands, a once-off build fee paid in two, and a care plan after the first year. There is no third invoice.

Then a care plan from £35 a month from month 13.
Pay in two: 50% to start, 50% before your site goes live.
Or £69 a month for 12 months, for businesses. Online payment launching soon How the monthly plan works
Sole traders and local shops: barbers, cafes, cleaners, groomers, tradespeople starting out.

Then a care plan from £35 a month from month 13.
Pay in two: 50% to start, 50% before your site goes live.
Or £99 a month for 12 months, for businesses. Online payment launching soon How the monthly plan works
Established trades and local businesses that win work on trust: builders, roofers, installers, salons, restaurants.

Then a care plan from £35 a month from month 13.
Pay in two: 50% to start, 50% before your site goes live.
Regulated and professional practices: dentists, clinics, solicitors, mortgage brokers, accountants, vets, care homes.
Prices are in pounds sterling, before VAT, and for businesses. Your quote shows the VAT position line by line. Care plans after the first year are month to month and cancellable on 30 days notice. If you leave, we export everything and help you move it. No exit fee, no lock-in.
How it goes
The order matters, so it is numbered. Essentials goes live about five working days after your content lands. Practice takes about three weeks.
A 30-minute call. What you sell, who buys it, what you want the site to do, and what has gone wrong before. You leave with a fixed price, not a range.
You see your actual site: your words, your photos, your colours, not a stock template with someone else's business in it. One round of changes on Local, two on Trade, no meter running.
Coded, not assembled. Security, email authentication, accessibility and indexing are part of the build, not an upsell afterwards.
Contrast checked, keyboard tested, Core Web Vitals measured, deliverability tested to three mail providers. You get the reports.
Domain, DNS, mail and search console go live together. Nothing points at a holding page for a week.
Backups run nightly, updates are tested on staging first, and there is a person who answers when you write.
Questions
UK agencies typically charge £3,000 to £5,000 for a five-page brochure site and £5,000 to £15,000 for a premium bespoke build. Kirosconsult sites are £699 for Essentials, £999 for Trade and £2,499 for Practice, once-off and paid in two, with the domain, hosting and email for the first 12 months.
Your domain, hosting, mail and backups roll onto a care plan. It is the only recurring cost, it is published on the pricing page, and it does not jump in year two. If you would rather take the site elsewhere, we export everything and help you move it. No exit fee.
Yes, as standard, on every build. We write them from our tested templates for the United Kingdom: a privacy notice (UK GDPR), a cookie notice, website terms, an accessibility statement and a branded error (404) page. They do not count towards your pages. Custom legal wording, or changes your own solicitor asks for, are billed at our hourly rate (£35). We recommend your solicitor reads them before launch.
On Essentials and Trade, yes: £69 or £99 a month for 12 months, and then the site is yours. Hosting is included for those 12 months, and afterwards you choose a care plan. Two payments are made up front (the first month, plus one held as a deposit that covers month 12), by card or Direct Debit through Stripe. Over the 12 months it comes to a little under a fifth more than paying once-off. It is for businesses (limited companies); sole traders, ask us. Practice, Storefront and Signature builds are once-off, paid in two.
We send reminders first. If a payment is still outstanding after 21 days the site is paused, and if it is still outstanding at 45 days the agreement ends. Your domain stays in your name and your text and photos stay yours. You can also leave early at any time: keep the site by paying the balance still to come, or leave without it by paying half of what is left, which falls every month.
You do, once it is paid for. The domain is always registered in your name, and the text, photos and code you pay for are yours. If you choose the monthly plan we keep ownership of the site itself until the 12th instalment is paid, and then it is yours. We keep a copy so we can support you, not so we can hold you to ransom.
For solicitors, mortgage brokers, clinics and treatment businesses, yes: the Practice band includes the compliance pack (SRA price pages, FCA wording, the CQC rating and ASA-safe copy). It is a build standard, not legal advice, so your own compliance lead still signs the wording off.
Quotes are for businesses, and your quote shows the VAT position line by line.
We are a small studio in Durban, South Africa. UK clients get the same fixed price, a written schedule, and calls at UK times by arrangement.
Essentials goes live about five working days after your content lands, Trade about ten, Practice about three weeks. Signature builds take four to six weeks. You get a written schedule before anything starts.
Thirty minutes on a call and you leave with a fixed price and a date. Not a range, not an estimate, and no obligation.
