  1. Before

Book online. We email a short form asking about injuries and pregnancy, so the teacher knows before you walk in.

  2. On arrival

Come ten minutes early. Grip socks on, bag in a locker, a quick hello. We set up a reformer for you.

  3. The class

Fifty minutes. You will lie, kneel, push and pull. You can stop and rest whenever you like.

Clinical one-to-one

With Priya,a physio.

55 minutes, £75, one reformer and one expert. Priya Raman is a physiotherapist (BSc, HCPC registered, demo). She will watch you move, then build a short plan on the reformer.

It is for coming back after an injury, for niggles that follow you into class, or for anyone who would rather start one-to-one. Pilates may help many people, but this is not a medical diagnosis. If we think you need a GP, we will say so.

Questions

Cannot find your answer? Use the form and we reply within one working day.

I have never done pilates. Is that fine?

Yes. Book Foundations, or use the intro offer to try it. The teacher shows you how to set up the reformer and watches your first few movements closely.

I am pregnant. Can I come?

Prenatal classes are open after 12 weeks, and we ask for your midwife or GP's OK first. Before 12 weeks, please speak to your midwife or GP before booking anything.

I have a bad back or an injury.

Tell us when you book. A clinical one-to-one with Priya is the best first step. Pilates may help many people, but we do not diagnose or treat, and we will say if you should see your GP first.

What if I need to cancel?

Up to 12 hours before the class, free of charge: your credit goes back on your account. Inside 12 hours, or if you do not turn up, the credit is used.

What do I wear and bring?

Something you can stretch in, and grip socks. If you forget them, you can buy a pair at the desk for £8. We provide mats, towels and lockers.

Can I pause a membership?

Yes, for up to four weeks a year. After the 3-month minimum on Unlimited, you can cancel with one month's notice.

What is the 14-day cooling-off?

If you buy a membership online, you can cancel within 14 days for a refund, less the cost of any classes you have already taken.

Is it only for women?

No. Everyone is welcome. Our classes are mixed, and Joe's early Burn classes are often half men.
