Four springs.Four ways to work.
Every reformer has springs, and each colour is a tension. We use the same colours for our classes, so you can see what you are booking.
Light springs
Foundations
Yellow. Slow and exact.
Start here. 50 minutes with the springs light enough to feel every movement, and a teacher explaining each setting.
- First class or coming back
- Plenty of cues
- 12 people maximum
Flow springs
Flow
Green. One move into the next.
Continuous movement with a lot of control in the middle range. Mobility, balance and a long, steady burn.
- All levels after a first class
- Music, but not loud
- 50 minutes
Medium springs
Sculpt
Blue. Slower and harder.
Long holds for legs, core and upper back. You will shake, in a good way, and you will be told when to rest.
- Some pilates helps
- Lower body and core
- 50 minutes
Heavy springs
Burn
Red. Faster and heavier.
Strong, quick transitions and a cardio finish. Not a first class: start with Foundations or Flow.
- Book Foundations first
- Cardio finish
- 45 minutes
Prenatal
Small groups of 8 with Ruth. Needs your midwife or GP's OK, after 12 weeks.
Clinical one-to-one
55 minutes with Priya, a physiotherapist. £75, no group needed.

Demo feedback written for this sample site.
“I came in nervous about my back. Priya explained every setting and I left feeling taller. I have not missed a Thursday since.”
“Twelve reformers, twelve people, and the teacher knows your name by the second class. That is rare for Brighton and Hove.”
“Booking is the easiest I have used. I grabbed a 06:30 spot from the bus and was lying down by 06:25 the next morning.”
