Not a lawyer. Supervised by Imogen Harrow.
ID and source-of-funds checks, Stamp Duty returns, Land Registry applications and every money transfer.
How we work
Who is allowed to do what
Solicitors
Admitted to the roll of solicitors and regulated by the SRA. They give legal advice, sign off reports on title and take responsibility for every file.
Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers
Specialist property lawyers regulated by CILEx Regulation or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. They run files from start to finish under our firm's supervision.
Paralegals and client care
They prepare, chase and check. They do not give legal advice, and they always work under a named, qualified supervisor.
What you can expect
