What we commit to, what we have tested, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.

1. Our commitment
This site, and every site we build for a client, targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We treat that as the floor, not the goal.
2. What we test
Colour contrast in both light and dark mode, measured rather than assumed. Full keyboard operation with a visible focus ring. Logical heading order. Labelled form fields with errors announced to screen readers. Text scaling to 200% without loss of content. Reduced-motion support.
3. Known limitations
The scrolling banner on the home page is decorative and hidden from assistive technology; it stops entirely when reduced motion is requested. Some demo sites in our gallery use placeholder imagery whose alt text describes the layout rather than a real photograph.
4. How we tested
Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, automated contrast auditing of every colour token pair, and layout testing at 375px, 768px, 1024px and 1440px in both themes.
5. Tell us
If any part of this site is difficult to use, write to access@kirosconsult.co.uk. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix genuine barriers within 30 days.
6. Enforcement
If you are unhappy with our response you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
