Practitioners

The people who will treat you.

Doctors and nurse prescribers lead every consultation. Their registration numbers are below, and you are welcome to check each one on the public register of their regulator before you book.

Dr Imogen Hartley-Reid

Clinical lead and aesthetic physician

GMC 7012345 (demo)Doctor prescriber

Imogen trained in general practice in Leeds and spent six years working alongside dermatology teams before founding Atelier Nove.

She leads every consultation where a prescribing decision may be needed and reviews every treatment plan before it is agreed. Her rule is simple: if she would not recommend it to her sister, she does not recommend it to you.

Outside the clinic she runs the Harrogate end of a regional skin-cancer awareness day and still does a monthly session in an NHS dermatology clinic.

Priya Anand

Lead nurse and independent nurse prescriber

NMC 08A1234E (demo)Independent nurse prescriber

Priya nursed on a plastic surgery ward for eight years before moving into aesthetics, and it shows in how carefully she explains aftercare.

She treats most of our dermal filler and skin booster patients and runs the two-week review herself, so the person who treated you is the person who checks the result.

Priya is an independent nurse prescriber and leads our complications protocol, including the out-of-hours line.

Callum Ashworth

Aesthetic nurse and independent nurse prescriber

NMC 14B5678C (demo)Independent nurse prescriber

Callum came to us from an emergency department, which is exactly the calm head you want in a clinic.

He leads our RF microneedling and jawline work, and is the practitioner most likely to tell you to wait a few months and try skin quality first.

Callum is an independent nurse prescriber and teaches the clinic's consent and safeguarding refreshers every year.

Hannah Ibbotson

Medical skin therapist and laser operator

Level 4 skin therapy (demo)

Hannah looks after facials, peels, microneedling, LED and laser hair removal, and writes the home-care plan that goes with each.

Skin therapy is not a regulated profession, so you will not find a PIN for Hannah. She works under the clinical lead's written protocols and holds a core-of-knowledge certificate for laser safety.

She is also the person who answers most questions about what to put on your face between visits.

Standards you can ask to see.

  • Save Face accredited

The national register of accredited practitioners checks our training, insurance and complaint handling every year. Showing you the certificate is part of the first visit.

  • Ready for England's licensing scheme

Licensing for non-surgical treatments is not live in England yet. We work to the standards it is expected to require, and we will apply as soon as it opens.

  • Consent in two parts

You agree to a plan at your consultation and again, in writing, on the day. Photographs are taken only with your signed consent and are never used in marketing.

  • Complaints, in writing

If we get something wrong we will say so, put it right and tell you what changed. Our complaints process is in reception and on request.

Registration numbers on this demo site are placeholders for a fictional clinic. On a live site each number would link to the regulator's public register.

Meet us before you decide.

A 45-minute consultation is £50, redeemed against any treatment you book. Over 18s only.
